Simple steps of installation and usage
Placement of Belkin wireless router
Ensure that your router is positioned in such a way that it is centrally located and wide opened. Initially the power plug should not be connected to the router and the computer should always be turned off at this point.
Connect all the devices
Look for a cable that would help you connect the modem and the PC together. Now insert the same cable to the Belkin wireless router. An additional cable would be required from you. Plug in its one end to the LAN ports and the other end to the PC’s port.
Now it's your turn to turn on your PC, Belkin wireless router, and the modem, using a power adapter in order to boot. The modem will take approximately 30 seconds in order to boot up. So connect the adapter to the router and the other side into an outlet. The router will also take as much as 30 seconds to boot.
Check on the devices by seeing if their respective lights are working or not. With set up installation software, install it.
